Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers across the United Kingdom and select international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

International Shipping 8–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of Us and are not included in your product or shipping prices.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


6. Delays & Lost Parcels

Elite Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or events outside our control (such as extreme weather or public disruptions).

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will investigate the matter with the carrier.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Elite Beauty cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
